The "Zero Telemetry" Promise: We do not track you. We do not sell your data. We do not use cookies. We minimize data collection to the absolute functional minimum.

2. What We Collect & Why
We collect exactly one piece of Personal Data:
- Data: Your Email Address.
- Purpose: Strictly to notify you when our products are ready and to provide newsletter if you indicated you want it.
- Legal Basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You provide this voluntarily by joining the waitlist.
3. How We Store It (Encryption)
Your email is not stored in plain text. Upon receipt, it is immediately encrypted using Fernet (Symmetric Encryption) before being saved to our local database. This ensures that even if our physical server is compromised, your email address remains unreadable.
4. Third-Party Processors (Infrastructure)
We do not share data with advertisers. We use the following technical providers to function:
- Vultr (Frankfurt, Germany): Hosting provider. Our encrypted database resides here.
- Resend (USA): Email delivery service. We transmit your email to Resend solely to deliver the notification. We have disabled "Open Tracking" and "Click Tracking" in our configuration to prevent surveillance.
5. Analytics (No Cookies)
We use Plausible Analytics to count website visitors. This tool is privacy-first, open-source, and does not use cookies or collect personal data. It is fully GDPR compliant.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Ask if we have your email.
- Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Email us at privacy@zerotelemetry.app and we will permanently delete your record from our database.
